How long does delivery take?
Each ring is individually handcrafted. Delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Express production within 5 business days is available upon request. Shipping is free and insured.
What if the size doesn't fit?
No problem—you get 180 days of free resizing. We'll resize the ring to your desired size once, free of charge. Plus, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our rings.
Does moissanite look like a real diamond?
Yes—to the naked eye, moissanite is indistinguishable from a diamond. It actually has more fire and brilliance than a diamond. Even jewellers cannot tell moissanite apart from a diamond without special equipment. The only difference is the price. A moissanite costs a fraction of the price of a comparable diamond—without compromising on beauty.
Can I return the ring?
Since each ring is custom-made for you, returns are not possible—just like with a tailor-made suit. What we offer instead: 180 days of free resizing. If the size isn’t right, we’ll adjust the ring at no extra charge. Our team will also consult with you in advance via WhatsApp to help you make the right decision from the start. Of course, your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
How can I pay?
