If you want a classic diamond story (and it’s important to you that it’s a real diamond), a lab-grown diamond is the safe choice. Is a lab-grown diamond or moissanite a real gemstone?

Yes, absolutely. A lab-grown diamond is 100% chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond—it’s a real diamond, only more sustainable and up to 70% less expensive. Moissanite is a gemstone in its own right, with even more brilliance and fire than a diamond. Both stones are indistinguishable from a mined diamond to the naked eye—even jewellers need to use a testing device. The only difference is their origin.

How can I secretly find out the right ring size?

Three tried-and-true methods: Place a ring she wears on her ring finger on a piece of paper and trace the inner diameter. Or: Ask a friend or sister.
