How quickly is an in-stock engagement ring shipped?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. We personally inspect the ring one last time before shipping it.
How do I find the right ring size?

Can the ring size be adjusted later?
Velur offers 180 days of free size adjustments. Whether and to what extent a model can be adjusted depends on its design; you can find details in our size adjustment service.
Can I return a ring that's in stock?
Yes. You can return even engagement rings that are available immediately in their entirety within 30 days.
Is a certificate included?
You can see whether a certificate is included for each ring in the product details. The product details also list the type of stone, carat weight, cut, gold alloy, ring size, band width, and stock ID.
What happens when a ring is sold?
Once sold, the ring will automatically be removed from the collection. If your desired size isn't available, you can have the model custom-made through our engagement ring collection.
