The checkout page displays the available payment methods based on your country and the amount. All payments are processed securely through our payment service provider, Mollie. You can find the invoice as a PDF in your customer account.
Split Payment
Your jewelry is custom-made for you. That's why you can pay in two installments: the first when you place your order, and the second when your piece is ready.
- At checkout, select "Split Payment" and pay half as a deposit.
- Once your piece of jewelry is ready, you'll receive a payment link via email and will have 14 days to pay. You can also pay sooner if you'd like.
- We'll ship the order as soon as everything has been paid for.
- No loan: no credit check, no interest, no extra charges.
- Starting at €1,000, for custom-made items only (not for rings in stock). Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or direct bank transfer; Klarna is not accepted.
Example: Ring for €1,800 → €900 when you place your order, €900 when it's ready.
Did Klarna decline the request?
Klarna decides on its own and automatically whether to accept a payment. We have no control over this and are not told the reason. This happens, especially with larger amounts, and says nothing about you.
You can still complete your order: by choosing a different payment method or, for custom orders of €1,000 or more, by paying in installments. It often helps to enter your name exactly as it appears on Klarna and to use the same address for billing and shipping.

Is there an extra charge for splitting the payment?
No. Together, you'll pay exactly the price listed in the store, with no interest and no credit check.
Is payment in installments possible?

Is it possible to purchase on account?
Yes, through Klarna and, if PayPal offers it to you, through PayPal. Whether it works in a particular case is up to Klarna or PayPal.
What happens if a payment is interrupted?
In that case, no amount will be charged. You can try again or choose a different payment method.
Will I receive a bill?
Yes, as a PDF in your customer account. When you split the payment, you'll receive an invoice for the full amount, which will list the down payment and the balance.
