What if the ring size doesn't fit?

No problem, it happens quite often. We resize your ring free of charge within 180 days – either with us or at a jeweller near you. Even after the proposal.

Is the ring really high-quality?

Yes. It is handcrafted from solid gold or platinum after you place your order—it is not gold-plated. You’ll receive a certificate for the centre stone. It also comes with a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship: If a stone comes loose due to a setting defect, we’ll reset it free of charge.

What if you don't like the ring?

Then you can exchange it once for free for a different model within 30 days. Your stone simply comes along with you.

Will the ring arrive in time for the proposal?

You can see the estimated delivery date right above the shopping cart button. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know before placing your order. We’ll let you know in advance if it’s possible and, if feasible, expedite production.

Does the stone look like a real diamond?

A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond, only grown in a laboratory: it is chemically and optically identical to a natural diamond. Moissanite is a gemstone in its own right, not cubic zirconia. It is almost as hard as a diamond and displays even more fire.

Isn't that a lot of money all at once?

You don't have to pay everything at once. With Klarna, you can pay in installments. For orders of €1,000 or more, you can also split the payment: half when you place your order, and the rest when your ring is ready.

Will the proposal still come as a surprise?

Yes. The ring is shipped in discreet packaging and insured via UPS Express. If you want to be absolutely sure, have it delivered to a Packstation.

• Wrapit around the finger on which you want to wear the ring.

• Highlightthe overlap and measure the distance in millimetres.
