Shipping to Austria
We cover shipping to Austria, which is insured and includes a tracking number. Orders over €500 are shipped via UPS Express as standard, while orders under €500 are shipped via DHL. The package usually takes 1–3 business days to arrive.
Delivery Time
Your ring will be handcrafted after you place your order and inspected before shipping. This takes about 3–4 weeks. Rings marked as "in stock" are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
The delivery timeframe you see for the selected ring in your shopping cart and at checkout before placing your order is binding. If you need the ring by a specific date—for example, for a proposal—please let us know in advance via WhatsApp or email.
Prices, Taxes, and Customs Duties
The prices in the store are final prices in euros and include the statutory sales tax. There are no additional charges for shipping, customs, or import duties, and you pay nothing upon delivery.

Paying from Austria
You pay in euros. For Austria, you can choose from credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and direct bank transfer at checkout. The country of the billing address determines the payment options.
For custom orders of €1,000 or more, you can split the payment: half when you place the order, and the rest when your ring is ready. There’s no extra charge, and no credit check is required—but this option isn’t available with Klarna.
Purchases on account and installment payments are processed through Klarna or, if PayPal is an option, through PayPal. See the " Payment" section for more information.
Model Changes and Returns
You can exchange standard engagement rings once for a different model with the same center stone within 30 days of receipt. We'll cover the return shipping from Austria using our return label, and we'll ship the new ring to you free of charge.
Instead of exchanging it, you can return a custom-made engagement ring within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the ring minus a recycling fee of €300, up to a maximum of 20% of the ring’s price. If you use our return label, we will deduct €9 from the refund; you can also return it yourself with insurance and tracking.
Returns from Austria can be sent to our logistics partner in Germany. Exceptions include, among other things, custom-made items and engagement rings with hidden birthstones in the band. You can find all the terms and conditions under Returns.
Size, Warranty, and Care
For most rings made of solid gold or platinum, resizing is free within 180 days. Learn more under " Resizing."
For deliveries to Austria, our voluntary, lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects applies to jewelry made of solid gold and platinum. If you need to make a warranty claim, we’ll send you a shipping label and cover the cost of both ways shipping. Learn more under Warranty.

With the Velur Care Plan, we cover round-trip shipping from Austria for the refurbishment of your ring.
